Organising your wedding has never been easier! Here at Jumbos we offer a DIY option where you can pick up your hire equipment and set up yourself or you can save yourself the stress and have one of our staff deliver & set up your wedding.

Because you can get just about all of your hire needs at Jumbos, we can often offer package deals on large orders. Ask us about our marquee and dance floor package and our bar stool, bar table and bar lycra cover packages!

Our most popular hire items are chairs & chair covers both available in lycra & traditional cotton with a large range of sash / bow colours. We also hire out red carpets, bar tables with lycra covers, signing tables, linen, catering equipment, wishing wells, white wedding umbrellas and marquees (lining also available). We also have a range of unique table centrepieces which we can also custom to your style.

COMMON CEREMONY SETUP

Marquee or umbrellas with signing table & cloth, 20 - 50 chairs with chair covers, red aisle carpet, and champagne toast trestle with skirting. You can keep it simple and still tasteful.

• BACKYARD CEREMONIES & RECEPTIONS - This is our specialty as our clients save big bucks by doing backyard receptions. Why not keep the money in your own pocket rather than spending thousands on function centres, co-ordinators and the rest. You can make any backyard personal and creative with our help, and the best thing is you can make your own rules, there is no midnight shut down and mad rush to pack up a hall or function centre.
• COUNTRY CLIENTS - We have serviced and satisfied a lot of country clients, saving them money and hassle. From a small back yard ceremony to decorating a barn and making it into something magical are all achievable with a little imagination and help from Jumbos.

BUCKS & HENS NIGHTS

• HENS NIGHTS - Most popular items are the cocktail bar tables. We now have hot pink lycra bar covers as well as our black and white ones. The cocktail machine is also popular. Enjoy a mango daiquiri with real fruit or choose from any of the range enjoying a delicious fresh fruit base cocktail. Our giant margarita cooler is popular, filling it with champagne or wine and it looks fantastic. We have great hen's night balloons..
• BUCKS NIGHTS - Most popular item is our giant Jumbo esky which holds 160 litres and is very popular. Bar tables are a must for any bucks party! and of course you can't go wrong with a spit roast.

MARQUEES

Our 6 metre marquees have white lining and can be elegantly finished off with soft festoon lighting or pendant lighting. You can even 'step it up' and have window walls as an extra special touch. We have fairy lights with a white/clear cord and also rope lights. We also have tables, chairs, linen, chair covers and sashes and all the crockery and cutlery that you require.

So why is marquee hire the preferred option over a hall or function centre these days?

• They look unique, modern and stylish.
• Don't get thrown out at midnight.
• Don't pay up to $1,500 cash bonds.
• You don't have to clean up straight away, we pick up after the weekend, giving you extra time to get sorted out after your party.
• Some function centres do not allow drop off until the day of the function and often require pick up on Sundays, this can often attract extra stress for you or extra delivery charges.

WISHING WELLS

Our wishing wells come in three different colours, white, shimmery silver and shimmery gold. You can finish them off with a colored sash to match your colours or we have a frangipani string fairy light that looks fantastic. Alternatively we have an exquisite pearl spray.

DANCE HIRE EQUIPMENT

We have dance floors, disco lighting and mood lighting. The Hallucination light is a coloured water fall effect and sets the scene at any glamorous function. Or it can be used as a back drop.

TABLE CENTREPIECES

We have a selection of vases as table centrepieces. You can create your own style of centrepiece without having to buy all of the vases and mirrors etc. We have a selection from large martini vase to small candle tea light holders. We do specialise in beach and casual themes offering the hire of shells as well. Come and see our original designed beach base made from real sanur sand edged with pearls.

CUTLERY, GLASSES & TABLES

We have all the cutlery, crockery, glasses and catering equipment that you may need. Bar tables, with white lycra covers look fantastic for a cocktail style wedding.

THE FINISHING TOUCHES

With your wedding ceremony, you can either DIY or get one of our staff to take away the stress and set it all up. We have red aisle carpets, pippee chairs, fold up Americana chairs, chair covers and sashes, signing table and linen, beautiful white wedding umbrellas and white Bali flags.
